Commission: Faeblade (R2NinjaTurtle)

Just a character concept I've had dancing around in my head for a while. I'm still deciding on a name, but for right now the temporary name is Arryn Barrie (a nod to the author of Peter Pan) 

The story that I've got hovering in my noggin is something like this: Arryn is a faerie stowaway aboard a pirate ship, who gets by nicking food and drink from the galley, and occasionally stealing odds and ends from the crew's numerous raids. While rifling through the latest loot, she finds a legendary weapon known as the Faeblade: a blade that was cut from a tooth of one of the most feared dragons in all of history, and supposedly one of the most deadly armaments in the world. The Faeblade leads Arryn to a turbulent stream of events, during which she encounters the many strange and mysterious wonders of her world while following the sword to whatever end it seeks.

The bracers she wears aren't made of metal, but fish-skin that she learned to cure into a material almost like leather, which helps protect her arms as well as any other kind of scales.
